Reasons to work together

Your decision.
Your leadership team.
The next steps.

I challenge your thinking, contribute my experience as a managing director and work with you on concrete agreements. The decision remains yours.

01

Executive sparring and decision work

You need to decide even though information is incomplete or goals conflict.

In a confidential conversation, we clarify the decision, test assumptions and weigh options. For recurring questions, we arrange regular sparring sessions.

What we develop: A structured basis for decision-making with options, open questions and next steps.

02

Strategy and shared priorities

The strategic direction is unclear—or your leadership team is pursuing different priorities.

In prepared working sessions or workshops, we develop or sharpen the strategic direction. Together, we clarify goals, priorities and responsibility, and document the results so your leadership team can continue working with them.

What we develop: A strategic framework, jointly prioritised goals and documented agreements as the foundation for execution.

03

Supporting strategy execution

Agreed goals need to become concrete initiatives and reliable collaboration.

We translate goals into initiatives, clarify responsibilities and available capacity, and shape planning and coordination. Over an agreed period, I support the leadership work, help address obstacles and prepare upcoming decisions with you. We review progress regularly.

What we develop: An aligned execution plan, clear responsibilities and working routines for discussing progress and open decisions.

How the collaboration can continue

Gain clarity.
Align direction.
Support execution.

We clarify entrepreneurial questions, develop the strategic direction with your leadership team and translate it into concrete initiatives. During execution, I support planning, collaboration and upcoming decisions. Together, we review progress and adapt the approach.

We start where you are.

A specific concern starts with sparring. If your strategy is already in place, we can move directly to preparing execution or agree on ongoing support.

Sascha Martens

Entrepreneur. Sparring partner. Advisor.

For 15 years, I have carried entrepreneurial responsibility and worked with companies on their development.

As a managing director, I have led teams and been responsible for change. I know the pressure of having to decide before every question has been answered. In my advisory work, I focus on strategic goals, collaboration and execution in day-to-day leadership.

You work directly with me. If the assignment requires additional expertise in team development or communication, I involve our team and remain your point of contact.

One-to-one conversation or work with the leadership team?

A personal decision can be explored in confidential sparring. If the topic involves shared priorities, roles or collaboration, we involve the relevant members of the leadership team. We clarify the right format in the first conversation.

How does the collaboration begin?

We discuss your situation, the people involved and the desired outcome. From this, we propose a single conversation, a workshop or an ongoing engagement—with an agreed scope and approach.

How do you handle confidential information?

We treat the concerns and content of our collaboration as confidential. That is why our examples do not name clients, reveal identifiable project details or show confidential material.
